Corporate Radar: Bonus issues, Q4 earnings, stock split & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

The board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services will meet today to consider and approve the proposal for buyback of equity shares. Indian Oil Corporation's board of directors may consider the issue of bonus shares, along with the company's quarterly earnings today.

The board of Dolfin Rubbers will consider and approve the allotment of 25,07,498 bonus shares later in the day. Today is also the record date for BLS International Services' bonus issue. The company had announced a bonus in 1:1 ratio.

Shares of Great Eastern Shipping Company will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.40 per share.

Tuesday is the record date for Black Box's stock split. The company, which split shares of face of Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares having face value of Rs 2 each, will determine the eligibility of shareholders today.

Bharti Airtel, DLF, PI Industries, Abbott India, GMR Infrastructure, Dr Lal PathLabs, Kajaria Ceramics, IRB Infra, Bajaj Electricals, Zydus Wellness and Galaxy Surfactants are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

EID Parry, Jubilant Ingrevia, Sapphire Foods, SPARC, Minda Corporation, NOCIL, Mukund, Indoco Remedies and Star Cement are some other companies scheduled to report March quarter results today.
