Corporate Radar: TCS shares to trade ex-dividend; Suven rights issue and more

A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of TCS will trade ex-dividend for its Rs 8 per share dividend. The record date for the same is October 18.

Shares of Suven Life will trade ex-rights in respect of its rights issue announced in the ratio of 1:2.

Apart from this ACC, Can Fin Homes, Heidelberg Cement, Indowind Energy, Jindal Drilling & Industries, Bank of Maharashtra, Maharashtra Seamless, Oriental Hotels, Pioneer Distilleries, PVR, RPG Life Sciences, Tanfac Industries, Tata Coffee, Tata Metaliks, Thangamayil Jewellery, Elixir Capital, Spandana Sphoorty, Craftsman Automation, and Choice International are among key companies slated to post their results later today.

Maharashtra Seamless' board will also consider and approve stock split and bonus share issuance. Brightcom Group’s board will consider other business matters, while the board of Arrow Greentech will meet for the preferential issue of shares.

Star Housing Finance's board will meet for results, bonus shares and stock split.

ANG Lifesciences, on the other hand, will meet for the preferential issue of shares, while Ajooni Biotech will meet for fundraising.

The board of CAMS will meet to consider increasing investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary CAMS Financial Information Services Private Limited.
