    Stocks in buzz: Zydus Lifesciences, Aster DM Health, Bank of Maharashtra, Wockhardt, Cineline India, Future group stocks and more
    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 68 points, or 0.41 per cent higher at 16,492.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Wednesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Rate sensitive stocks: RBI will announce its monetary policy outcome today, which is will impact rate sensitive stocks including bank, NBFCs, housing finance companies, auto, real estate players. A hike of 40-50 basis points in repo rate is expected by the experts, which would be closes watched by experts.

    NMDC: The meetings of shareholders and creditors of state-owned NMDC to expedite the process of demerging the company's under-construction Nagarnar Steel Plant (NSP) has been postponed to June 28, 2022. The steel ministry was to convene the said meetings.

    Hindustan Copper:
    The copper miner company resumed mining operations at the Surda mine in Ghatshila, Jharkhand on June 7. The resumption of operations is after the renewal of the lease by the Government of Jharkhand and obtaining the required Environment Clearance from the Ministry of Environment.

    PB Fintech: The insurance platform Policybazaar's co-founder and CEO Yashish Dahiya offloaded nearly 38 lakh shares of the company for Rs 230 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data available with the NSE, Dahiya sold a total of 37,69,471 shares at an average price of Rs 610.24 apiece, taking the transaction size to Rs 230 crore.

    Indian Hotels Company:
    The Tata groups hotel firm announced the signing of a 88-rooms Vivanta hotel in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. Located in the heart of the city, the existing hotel will be upgraded into the Vivanta brand post renovation.

    RITES:
    The transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Grands Trains. DU Senegal (GTS-S.A), a railroad company of Senegal, for technical cooperation in the railway sector.

    Zydus Lifesciences: The drug firm said it has received final approval from the US health regulator to market Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide topical gel, used to treat acne, in the American market. The drug firm has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to market the product.

    Aster DM Healthcare:
    The healthcare firm said it has commenced drone delivery trials with drone technology-based logistics firm Skye Air Mobility in Kerala. The companies recently joined hands to transport essential medicine and critical lab samples from Aster MIMS Hospital to Aster Mother Hospital Areekode using drones.

    Bank of Maharashtra:
    The state-owned lenders has organized a customer connect and outreach programme under which it has sanctioned loans worth Rs 75 crore in Delhi.

    Wockhardt: The drug maker company has appointed Deepak Madnani as the Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect on June 7. The company has taken this decision after Pramod Gupta has conveyed that on account of his health reasons he will not be able to continue as the Chief Financial Officer.

    Cineline India: The operator of multiplex chain MovieMax said its promoters would subscribe to convertible warrants worth Rs 35.1 crore. Following this preferential issue, the promoters' holding in Cineline India would increase to 69.6 per cent from the current 67 per cent.

    Sharika Enterprises: The trading and distributing company has received a purchase order from Voith Hydro Private Limited. The company will supply 220KV XLPE cable package for Voith Hydro Naitwar Mori project for a total value of Rs 4.6 crore.

    Future Group stocks: E-commerce major Amazon has sent a notice to Future Group promoters asking them to refrain from entering into any kind of transaction with Reliance Industries group either directly or indirectly, source aware of the development said.
