    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

    Shares of ABM Knowledgeware (Rs 1.25 per share), Bhansali Engineering (Re 1 per share), Dalmia Bharat Sugar (Re 1 per share), EPL (Rs 2.15 per share), Gabriel India (Re 1 per share), Hawkins Cookers (Rs 60 per share), Hero MotoCorp (Rs 35 per share), Kalpataru Power (Rs 6.5 per share), Lakshmi Electrical Control (Rs 15 per share), Menon Bearings (Rs 2 per share), MRF (Rs 144 per share), Nitta Gelatin India (Rs 4 per share), Thangamayil Jewellery (Rs 5 per share), UPL (Rs 10 per share), Praj Industries (Rs 2.7 per share) and TCI Express (Rs 2 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

    Bhansali Engineering (Re 1 per share) and Menon Bearings (Rs 2 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

    Praj Industries (Rs 1.5 per share) had announced its special dividend.

    Bajaj Finance, Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Motors, United Breweries, Colgate-Palmolive, Biocon, CG Power, APL Apollo Tubes, Blue Dart Express and VIP Industries are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Bajaj Finance, Coromandel International, Blue Dart Express, ZF Commercial Vehicle, Control Systems India, Redington (India), Mahindra Lifespace Developers, GOCL Corporation, Ador Welding, Goodricke Group, Securekloud Technologies and Fortis Malar Hospitals will have their annual general meetings (AGM).

    The board of GAIL (India) will meet today to consider the bonus issue of shares.

    Wednesday is the record date for dividends by Bombay Oxygen Investments, Kamdhenu, Deepak Nitrite and The Grob Tea Company among others.

    Shares of Bombay Oxygen Investments (Rs 20 per share), Kamdhenu (Re 1 per share), Deepak Nitrite (Rs 7 per share) and The Grob Tea Company (Rs 2 per share) had announced final dividends.
