Corporate Radar: Bajaj Auto buyback board meet; HDFC Life, TVS Motor AGMs; stock splits & more

New Delhi: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Consolidated Construction Consortium and Eastern Sugar & Industries are among the companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of Salasar Techno Engineering will go ex-split today. The company had announced splitting shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

HDFC Life Insurance Company, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Tata Consumer Products, TVS Motor Company, Tata Investment Corporation, MPS, Eimco Elecon (India), Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, Kovalam Investment and Trading will have their annual general meetings (AGMs) today. Meanwhile, M M Forgings will have an EGM today.

The board of Bajaj Auto will consider and approve a proposal for the buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company today.

Monday is the record date for dividends by Welspun India. Welspun India (Rs 0.15 per share) had announced its final dividend. The stock went ex-dividend on Thursday.

Today is also the record date for Nazara Technologies to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:1.
