    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 22 points, or 0.12 per cent higher at 17,864, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Monday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Reliance Industries: Billionaire Mukesh Ambani's company has acquired polyester chips and yarn manufacturer Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Ltd for Rs 1,592 crore. The deal is subject to approval of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and the respective lenders.

    Oil and Natural Gas Corporation:
    The state-owned oil and gas company has signed six contracts for Discovered Small Fields (DSF) in the offshore under DSF-III bid round, with three each for fields in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. It also signed two contracts for fields under special CBM Bid round-2021 blocks in Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh.

    Tata Steel: The largest steel producer in country informed exchanges that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on September 14 to consider the issuance of unsecured non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.

    Adani Transmission: Anil Ambani Group's Reliance Infrastructure has filed an international arbitration claim of Rs 13,400 crore against Adani Transmission before the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.

    Ashok Leyland: The Hinduja group flagship firm said it has joined hands with UK-based Libertine Holdings for its commercial vehicle powertrains. The commercial vehicle major has inked a memorandum of understanding to evaluate the use of the Libertine technology platform for its commercial vehicle powertrains.

    SpiceJet: The budget carrier said it has appointed Ashish Kumar as its Chief Financial Officer. Kumar's appointment for the post is effective from September 9. Kumar succeeds Sanjeev Taneja, who quit the struggling carrier on August 31.

    Bank of India: The state-owned lender reported divergence in its asset classification for FY22, resulting in lowering of net profit for the year to Rs 2,221 crore. The lender had reported a net profit of Rs 3,404.70 crore for 2021-22.

    Anupam Rasayan India: The specialty chemical maker intimated exchanges that there was a fire incident at its Unit-6 of Sachin GIDC plant in Surat on September 10. Four people have died and 20 people are injured in the fire incident.

    HG Infra Engineering: The smallcap construction and engineering firm's subsidiary HG Ateli Narnaul Highway has received the completion certificate for its road project in Haryana. With this, the project has been declared fit for commercial operations as on March 11, 2022.

    Mahindra Lifespace Developers: The realty firm is looking to acquire a few land parcels this fiscal to build housing projects with sales potential of Rs 3,000-4,000 crore. The company will acquire these land parcels either through outright purchase or by forming Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) with landowners.

    Ujjivan Small Finance Bank: The private lender has issued non-convertible debentures of Rs 75 crore. The redemption date for the NCDs is April 26, 2028, and the coupon rate is 11.95 per cent.

    KEC International: Gujarat Industries Power said that its board of directors had approved the award of an EPC contract worth Rs 244 crore to KEC International. The contract is for a 400/33 KV pooling sub-station, 1,200 MW of solar, wind, and hybrid power, and a renewable energy park of 2,375 MW capacity in Gujarat.

    Redington India: The supply chain solutions provider is to offer the latest Apple Inc. products - the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus - in over 4,000 retail locations across the country. Redington has partnered with private sector HDFC Bank to offer various schemes to the new range of iPhones.

    New Delhi Television: RRPR Holding, the promoter group firm of media channel, does not require any approval from the Income Tax Department for the conversion of warrants into equity shares, Adani Group firm VCPL has informed the media company.

    JTL Infra: The smallcap metal player said the board of directors on September 13 to consider allotment of equity shares by conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis to non-promoters, and public category.

    Reliance Capital: Suitors for debt-ridden firm have sought extension of up to 4 months for submission of binding bids as part of its resolution process. US-based asset management fund Advent has sought extension by 16 weeks, while Piramal Finance has sought additional time of 12 weeks, that is till December.

    Orient Tradelink: Story Mirror Infotech, the India's largest literature technology platform, has signed up six book publishing deals with the microcap firm. This deal can bring Story Mirror easily a revenue of Rs 5 crore in a matter of next few years.
