NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of Laurus Labs will become ex-dividend today. The Hyderabad-based pharma company had announced a dividend of Rs 1.2 per share.

The Kinetic Engineering board will hold a meeting on the issue of preferential shares.

Ajanta Pharma board would consider bonus issue while disclosing its March quarter results.

Two companies, Elantas Beck India and Tokyo Finance, will hold their AGMs today.

Sarla Performance Fibers, Avro India, Ashok Alco-Chem and Shukra Jewellery will hold extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) today.

Asian Paints, Cipla, Polycab India, Gujarat Gas, MRF, Vodafone Idea, Max Financial, Kansai Nerolac Paints and Torrent Power are among companies which will announce their March quarter results today.

Others included Chemplast Sanmar, Welspun India, Mahanagar Gas, Orient Electric, Zensar Technologies, Venky's and Chalet Hotels.
