Tata Elxsi shares drop 0.68% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Tata Elxsi Ltd. traded at Rs 6183.85 on BSE at 12:35PM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.68 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 5708.1 and a high of Rs 10760.4.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 57.44 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 107.58 per share and 34.39 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 3,447 shares changed hands on the counter till 12:35PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 38483.1 crore and is part of the IT Consulting & Software - Mid Cap industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 3.14 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 0.87 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 6239.75 and Rs 6165.9.

Promoters held 43.92 per cent in the company as of 30-Sep-2022. FII and MF ownership in Tata Elxsi Ltd. stood at 15.17 per cent and 2.47 per cent, respectively.
