Corporate Radar: Q4 earnings, dividends, rights issues, AGMs and more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of Evexia Lifecare will go ex-split today. The company had announced a stock split in a 2:1 ratio.

Shares of Kennametal India will go ex-dividend today. This company had announced a dividend of Rs 24 per share recently.

Adani Ports, Grasim Industries, Minda Industries, IPCA Labs, Bayer CropScience, The Phoenix Mills, Bank of India and Metropolis Healthcare are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Aster DM Healthcare, Balrampur Chini Mills, Latent View Analytics, Poly Medicure, MTAR Technologies, RITES and Shree Renuka Sugars are some other companies scheduled to report the March quarter results today.

Shree Renuka Sugars will also consider the merger of Monica Trading, Shree Renuka Agri Ventures & Shree Renuka Tunaport, wholly owned subsidiaries of the company, with the company today.

GM Breweries, Dharamsi Morarji Chemicals Company, Edynamics Solutions and Sunrise Industrial Traders will hold their AGMs.

Meanwhile the board of Thambbi Modern Spinning Mills will meet and consider rights issues today.
