    Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

    India 10-year bond yield jumped 0.38 per cent to 6.03 after trading in 6.01 - 6.04 range.
    NEW DELHI: Magma Fincorp(Rs. 109.15 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 50.67 crore), RIL(Rs. 45.34 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 42.11 crore), Zomato Ltd.(Rs. 41.97 crore), Adani Power(Rs. 37.47 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 36.02 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 35.39 crore), L&T(Rs. 32.60 crore) and Infosys(Rs. 32.55 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday's session.

    The NSE Nifty index ended the session 132.8 points up at 15832.05, while BSE Sensex rose 433.3 points to 53161.28.

    In the Nifty index, Coal India Ltd.(up 3.12 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 3.02 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 2.74 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 2.65 per cent) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 2.65 per cent) stood among the top gainers.

    On the other hand, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 1.14 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.03 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 0.61 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 0.40 per cent) and Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 0.30 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
