Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 707.37 crore), Bharti Airtel(Rs. 444.41 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 391.86 crore), FSN E-Comm(Nykaa)(Rs. 298.06 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 291.87 crore), Infosys(Rs. 276.57 crore), TCS(Rs. 267.56 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 254.62 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 244.95 crore) and Kotak Bank(Rs. 219.95 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:01AM in Thursday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 69.0 points down at 17826.7, while BSE Sensex was down 245.67 points at 59859.83 as of 11:01AM(IST)on January 12.

In the Nifty index, HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 1.41 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 1.12 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 0.95 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 0.79 per cent) and Coal India Ltd.(up 0.56 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 2.94 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 1.97 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent), Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 1.21 per cent) and Asian Paints Ltd.(down 1.14 per cent) were among the top losers.
