Adani Power, AU SFB, JSPL and Tata Elxsi join MSCI India — The changes will be implemented from June 1

Mumbai: Global indices service provider MSCI has included Adani Power, AU Small Finance Bank, Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL), and Tata Elxsi in the MSCI India Index, whereas HDFC Asset Management (AMC) has been dropped.

The changes will be implemented from June 1. The semi-annual index review announced on Friday has also included 50 small-cap firms to the MSCI India Domestic SmallCap Index and dropped 10 stocks.

Some of the stocks that have been included in the smallcap index include Aptus Value HSG Finance, Bharat Dynamics, Easy Trip Planners, Go Fashions India, Greaves Cotton, Greenpanel Industries and Gujarat Alkalies, among others.
