ā¢ State Bank of India plans to acquire a 20 percent stake in SBI Pension Funds, currently held by SBI Capital Markets, for 229.52 crore.
ā¢ SBI already owns a 60 percent stake in SBI Pension Funds and will now hold an 80 percent stake.
ā¢ The acquisition has been approved by RBI and PFRDA and will be completed on December 15.
