• The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stated that it will not entertain any more requests for adjournment in the State Bank of India (SBI)-led consortium of lenders' appeal against Jalan-Kalrock Consortium (JKC).
• The lenders had approached the Supreme Court in October, claiming that the resolution plan could not be implemented as the consortium had failed to comply with conditions.
• JKC has been seeking the transfer of ownership of Jet Airways from the lenders, but lenders allege that JKC has not adhered to the resolution plan.
