'CID' actor Dinesh Phadnis, who played Fredericks, passes away in Mumbai following multi-organ failure

The last rites of the 'CID' actor, who had been critically ill for a while, were conducted in Borivali, a Mumbai suburb, on Tuesday. Dayanand Shetty, his co-star from the show, said that the actor was removed from ventilator support after organ failure.
