Right issue is the most Negative aspect of a stock..Voda idea given Right issue on 18 ..now it is on 4 ..Bharat gear given right issue on 140 now it is on 35 ..Always remember a company will bring right issue when its debt is too high and it want to collect money from retailers in the name of additional shares ..and company collects billions of rupees free in the name of right issue ..so stay away from RIL Right issue
