Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has warned that Ukraine will retaliate if Russia conducts an air campaign to target its power grid this winter. Zelenskiy stated that Ukraine is preparing for potential attacks on its energy infrastructure and will not only defend itself but also respond.
