ā¢ Real estate developer Omaxe is planning to launch projects in Tier II and Tier III cities in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab over the next four years with an expected investment of around Rs 4,000 crore.
ā¢ The company sees higher returns in these cities and plans to enter more cities in Uttar Pradesh.
ā¢ Omaxe is also planning to expand its presence in Madhya Pradesh and Punjab with new townships and projects.
