Oberoi Realty has announced an agreement to redevelop a 3.3-acre land parcel in South Mumbai. The company expects to generate around 2.5 lakh sq ft of free sale space from the development and redevelopment of the land. This plot is adjacent to a property already being redeveloped by the company.
