ā¢ Steel Secretary Nagendra Nath Sinha has asked MSTC to become a real estate sector aggregator and give an identity to every real-estate asset in the country.
ā¢ MSTC has sold properties worth Rs 4,268 crore and Non-Performing Assets worth Rs 24,459 crore in the last three and a half years.
ā¢ MSTC should also explore the feasibility of integrating all stakeholders in the real-estate sector, from land-surveyors to brokers, and value land.
