Rajasthan polls: Diya Kumari looks safe as Narpat Singh Rajvi accommodated, Scindia stays neutral

The comparison between Diya and former chief minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia is inevitable. Both are royals and women who have based their politics in a feudal state like Rajasthan. What has been ironical is that though Diya credits Scindia as her "political mentor", there are now murmurs in Jaipur that BJP is trying to cultivate the political greenhorn as a new power centre to counter Scindia.
