ā¢ Trinamool Congress leadership has strongly backed party MP Mahua Moitra, who is facing expulsion from Parliament for questioning the government's handling of Adani's malpractices.
ā¢ Party leader Abhishek Banerjee accused the ethics committee of double standards and questioned how they could recommend Moitra's expulsion without any proof of wrongdoing.
ā¢ Banerjee also pointed out that there are several BJP MPs with pending cases who have not faced any action from the ethics committee.
