The legal dispute between TMC MP Mahua Moitra and BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has reached the Delhi High Court. Dubey's lawyer claimed that Moitra had received gifts in exchange for asking questions in Parliament. Moitra's lawyer argued that she is a public figure and had no connection to a person named Dehradari. The court adjourned the matter until October 31.
