Madhya Pradesh elections: The Congress party in Madhya Pradesh is contesting the upcoming assembly polls with a strong focus on the leadership of state unit president Kamal Nath. Congress spokesperson Charan Singh Sapra criticised the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming they have sidelined Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and do not have faith in him. The Congress party released its first list of 144 candidates, including Kamal Nath, while the BJP included Chouhan in its fourth list.
