Large Market participants are anxious and calling the shots for QT while last time they made such an announcement the market gave a befitting reply with a 25% on the index alone.
I don't think this is any close to a bubble.
Certain indexes and sub-indexes are lower than their all-time high. And few of the subindexes are just 20% above their 15 years lows.
