Ive read secret of pivot boss, trading in the zone ,the market wizards now i use pivot points ,cpr as indicators although i made loss l in first 2 months when i started trading ..now even when i find edge in market i dont place any trade out of fear of loosing 😣 and then i watch my edge hitting target that i thought about...been a year this month.. losses have made me weak mentally that i cant place a trade ... and now im doing paper trading again

It's very normal esa sabke sath hota hai to ab apne demat main 10k se Kam amount dalo aur sasta option buy Karo because wo loss Kam dekhayega and profit bhi chota hoga but wo 250 apka mind strong karega all the best

trading in the zone is a good book indeed,, learned a lot of things for it.
I think you are buying options, if this is the case shift to equity trading for few months, profits will be less but it will help you to gain back your confidence and making small profits is better then blowing up and the account
if you are facing problem in equity trading, try adjusting your stoploss and take profits, backtest your strategy for atleast 6 months to see if it really works. Modify it if necessary.
Thats all part of the game. You should not do trades with emotions. Also reading books never make you better in trading, its upto you. You are the problem. If you want to become profitable, you should control your emotions.
