If we close near 21800 before budget good to bet on 22k and 21700 pe as hedge we could see good moves , all railway stocks are hot now and huge expectation on budget , I being little optimistic will book the stocks before budget , would be okay to miss the profit if sparks upside but if expectation not met then it will fall then wait for some time and buy back
