India developers seek to cash in on soaring EV sales with residential chargers
Property developers in India are installing electric vehicle (EV) chargers in residential parking areas to attract buyers and increase property values. India has seen a 137% growth in EV sales in the first half of 2023. A shortage of public charging stations has prompted developers like Sobha and Prestige to invest in properties with EV chargers.
