At ₹76 per share, the upper end of the price band, Zomato will valued at ₹59,623 crore. If 25% listing gain than company will hit 74,528 CR size taking it to 61st largest co in listed space.
Moreover company is still a loss making.
No barrier to entry in business , no customer loyalty , in 60k CR , investor can buy entire L&T Infotech like IT company which is capable of creating many such model like Zomato with few CR investment.
Zomato IPO might sail due to Liquidity and IPO frenzy in market but we don't feel company should get such high valuation.
