Ukraine has relaxed its boycott policy of events featuring Russians and will now permit its athletes to compete with those taking part as 'neutral athletes'. The rule change allows Ukrainian teams to participate in national events unless Belarusians or Russians are competing under national flags or symbols or have otherwise indicated their allegiance to their country.
