ā¢ The Competition Commission of India has approved Bharti Group's proposed acquisition of a 49% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from AXA India Holdings and a 48.54% stake in Bharti Management Services Ltd. from Societe Beaujon.
ā¢ The regulator also approved the acquisition of a 20.51% equity stake in Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd. by Aloke Lohia from Brookgrange Investment Ltd. and the transfer of a 20.51% equity stake to Urmila Lohia by Aloke Lohia.
