Much like its domestic strategy, IndiGo has focused on a fast expansion on international routes, too. The airline, which has more than 60% market share in the country, has added about 24 overseas routes to its network in the past one year, expanding nearly 32% since October last year. The international segment contributes 26% to IndiGo's traffic, up from 20% a year ago, and the target is to reach 30% by next year, said Elbers.
