Chinese telecom company ZTE is looking to form a joint venture with Indian manufacturers for its network business amid growing tensions between the two nations. The state-owned firm is said to be seeking transfer of technology and designs as part of the deal. ZTE believes having an Indian partner could help bring a "critical trust factor" into its operations following fears over security.
