Hindustan Zincs board has authorised a committee of directors to evaluate the appropriate corporate restructuring exercise to unlock shareholder value. Shares of Hindustan Zinc were trading with gains of over 5 per cent as of 1:30 pm while the benchmark indices were up roughly 0.75 per cent.​
