How Vande Bharat sleeper trains will be different from Rajdhanis
The Vande Bharat sleeper train will provide Railways an alternative to the current Rajdhanis. The Vande Bharat sleeper train will be designed to hit speeds of 160km/hour and provide less jerk, vibration and noise thanks to its distributed power system. The RVNL consortium hope to sign an agreement with Railways for supply of the trains this month.
