Stocks slipped in morning trading on Wall Street Monday to kick off a holiday-shortened week. The S&P 500 fell 0.4% as of 10:15 am Eastern. The tech-heavy Nasdaq fell 0.7%.The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 24 points, or 0.1%, to 33,725. The index held up better than the rest of the market largely because of a 7% jump by Walt Disney after the entertainment giant announced that it had ousted CEO Bob Chapek and brought back his predecessor, Bob Iger, to replace him.

DSP Investment Managers to acquire 10% stake in Equitas Small Finance Bank
The bank has received an intimation from the RBI on November 16, 2022, that it has granted approval to DSP Investment Managers Private Ltd (DSPIM) to acquire up to 9.99 per cent of the paid-up equity capital of the bank through the schemes of DSP Mutual Fund (DSPMF), Equitas SFB said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Nifty50 formed a bearish candle on the daily chart with an upper wick, suggesting selling at higher levels. During the day, the index tested the 16,400 level.
