Dr Reddy - Dr Reddy has received 8 observations for its Duvada facility. It is the same plant for which the company had earlier got warning letter but got cleared in Feb'19. The current observations are after the pre-approval inspection for the new line added in the same plant. The observations are not known hence it is difficult to say about the severity of it. However, the uncertainty of the further action would remain an overhang on the stock given the importance of the plant. Negative
