The green-certified office stock in India has seen a significant increase of over 36% since 2019, reaching approximately 342 million sq ft across the top six cities in the country. Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, and Mumbai are the leading cities in terms of green-compliant office spaces, accounting for 68% of the total certified office stock in India.
