Friends, I am very optimistic on Daawat- LT Foods. Daawat’s market cap is only 2000cr against sales of 5000cr. There are series of announcements and actions such as top line growth, margin improvement, debt reduction, acquisition, new product launches, enhanced payout, new outside talent etc; during last 2 years which are value accretive. The present PE is just 8. I expect substantial PE re-rating as its a high entry barrier business.
