RKD to buy 20%stake in LT Foods from SALIC. RKD to invest 125Cr in LT Foods (DAAWAT). Stake purchase will happen at Rs 83.50/- which will be almost 13% premium to last close on Monday at 73.35/-
RK Damani to invest $17M (approx 125Crores) to buy stake from SALIC. This will be closer to 20% stake in LT Foods. Deal will be closed this week as per sources...hearing stock can double from here in 6months, with target of 160/180
