First supermoon of 2023 today: Why it's called Buck Moon, when it will be visible in India
The first supermoon of 2023, also known as buck moon, will appear on Monday, July 3, when the Moon will appear to be brighter and 7 per cent larger than its normal appearance. In India, the full moon sight will appear at around 5:08 pm on Monday. Full moon occurs when the Sun and the Moon are aligned on opposite sides of Earth.
