The company stated that the name change reflects its commitment to serving the diverse needs of Bharat, India's middle class, and emerging markets. Blue Dart has expanded its serviceable locations, with a focus on tier II and tier III cities, which accounted for 18.6% and 37.1% of the e-commerce market respectively in FY-23. The company aims to support small businesses and MSMEs in these cities and connect them to the global market through seamless delivery solutions.
