Promoter entity Advanced Vital Enzymes Pvt Ltd has sold a partial stake in Advanced Enzyme Technologies through bulk deals. The promoter offloaded 2.28% of the company's equity shares, earning about Rs 68 crore. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund also picked up a stake in the company. Advanced Enzyme Technologies is a leading Indian enzyme company engaged in research, development, manufacturing, and marketing. The company has state-of-the-art facilities across India, the US, and Europe. Its revenue from operations rose 5% and consolidated EBITDA increased 6% in the March quarter. The company is focusing on human nutrition, animal nutrition, and bio-processing divisions.
