Spitze Trade & Investment held a 2.19% stake in the company before the stake buy, and now has 4.29%. Together, the promoter stake now stands at 55.54%, as against 53.44% earlier. Shares of Adani Green ended 0.57% lower at Rs 1,017.35 on the BSE Friday. They are up nearly 10% this month, but down more than 47% so far in 2023.
