Adani Green and TotalEnergy to form 50:50 JV with an investment of $300 mn
Adani Green Energy has announced that it has received approval to form a 50:50 joint venture with TotalEnergies, with TotalEnergies set to invest $300 million. The joint venture will house a portfolio of 1,050 MWac, consisting of operational, under construction, and under development solar and wind assets. The transaction details are still being discussed and subject to approvals.
