option chain is just to fool us focus on price action(candle & chart pattern)
but still if you wish to learn more about option and cash market relationship you can refer to fyers school of stock or zerodha's learning platform.
You must set your exit criteria based on candle or chart pattern else you will keep holding without a cause making it zero.

Call side k OI ka bhi analysis karna hota hai before taking decisions, but price action is always a king...

-In option buying, time is against option buyers which results in option price decay hence even in sideways market we may incur loss.
- Avoid sideways markets as an option buyer and only trade when there is a spike in price movement.
