There are multiple ways to do this,

Look for Resistance levels, chart pattern breakouts (triangle, flag, inverse H&S).

Use Indicators like RSI (shouldn’t be in overbought zone) and see if it has a high volume backing too

@adityathakur well, you can (and should) create different screens for different industry. Because different types of metrics are using in different sectors. For example P/B ratio is useful for banks' valuation and EV/EBITDA is used for cement stocks.
