When fii buying market closes in green. When but DII buying market closes in sideways or negative. Why?

If DII sell then FII can buy. Retailers have no such amount quantity of share. FII tumhare jese Retailers buy karega kya? If both will start buy. Then market health will be damaged. Just think you can run only few kilometers but you can walk miles. Keep in mind.
