Learn stoploss trailing.
Cure to this is experience and confidence. Do use a stoploss but don't expect to lose nothing if trade doesn't go into your favour. You gotta risk something good in some situations to get the best. Get rid of the mindset the "my every trade should be green".

@anirban010124 you should not take trade if index is too volatile. Wait for right time. Know about support and resistance levels. If market is bullish buy at support level.
