It all depends on how much and how long you want to invest
If you are young then long term to build wealth, if you are old and have a good nest egg then a portion of the amount for intraday as it is a good time pass 😊

I have a system, write down details before entering any trade, target, stoploss, etc and stick to it whatever your emotions tell you. I too had a hard time getting over my emotions, good luck to you.

Liquidity is an issue with stock options, so make sure adequate liquidity is there before entering the trade.
